All prices are based on 2 adults and 2 children.
Each additional person is $5 per day.

RV Sites

Site Lock Fee

$15 to lock in the exact site you choose
Without a lock, the system may adjust your site to optimize reservations and allow more guests to book

RULES

GENERAL RULES

· One RV per RV site. Rates include 2 adults and 2 children. Additional guests are $5 per person, per night. Maximum: 4 adults and 8 total guests per site. Tents are not permitted on RV or cabin sites.

· All RVs must have RVIA certification. Non-certified vehicles are not permitted.

· RVs must be 15 years old or newer. Older units require prior approval—please email or text photos for consideration.

· Adhere to posted RV length restrictions, including hitch and bumper. If your RV does not fit, we may not have alternate accommodations, and no refunds will be issued.

· One tent per tent site. No tents on RV or cabin sites. Tarps are not permitted as tents. Sleeping in vehicles is not allowed. Sleeping tent is required.Tent site maximum: 4 adults and 6 total guests.

· Cabins must be left clean: remove trash, sweep floors, and empty the refrigerator.

· Dogs in Cabins are allowed. Pets are $5 per night, per pet. Pets may not be left unattended in cabins. Max 2

· Exceeding the maximum occupancy for a cabin will result in cancellation without refund. (Each cabin has its own occupancy limit.)

· Anyone 18 or older is considered an adult.

· No loud music at any time. No music after 10:00 p.m.

· No rowdy behavior, parties, large gatherings, or excessive drinking. We maintain a peaceful, family-friendly environment.

· Children must be supervised at all times. Playground closes at 10:00 p.m.

· Speed limit is 5 MPH. Drive slowly and watch for children and pets.

· Fireworks are strictly prohibited on campground and neighboring properties.

· Gas-powered ATVs, minibikes, and scooters are not allowed. Golf carts may be used by adults with ADA tags.

· Respect other campers. Use only designated roads and paths. Do not walk or bike through other campsites.

Smoking & Marijuana Use

· Smoking is strictly prohibited in all buildings, public areas, and cabins. Smoking is permitted at your designated site—please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

· While we acknowledge that marijuana is legal, we ask that it be used with the utmost discretion. As a family-friendly campground, any use that disrupts the experience of other guests may result in a request to discontinue or to leave the property without refund.

Vehicle & Boat Parking

· One vehicle per site, except for sites 40–47, 68–88, and 101–115. Extra vehicles must be parked in designated overflow lots.

· Boat parking is allowed at sites 40–47, 68–88, and 101–115 if the boat fits on gravel or concrete in front of your RV. No parking on grass. One boat per site is included; additional boats are $25/day.

· No parking on grass.

Visitors

· All visitors must leave by 10:00 p.m.

· Visitors must park in overflow lots.

Quiet Hours

· Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please turn off excessive outdoor lighting during this time.

· You’re welcome to enjoy your fire late into the night—just be respectful of your neighbors.

Firewood & Campfires

· Fires are allowed only in designated fire pits. Do not move fire pits.

· Do not burn trash, including cardboard, plastic, food, or cans. A $25 fee will be charged for excessive trash left in fire pits.

· Firewood is available near the office with a cash box and Venmo option after hours.

· No outside firewood. Do not gather wood from the property.

Trash

· Dispose of all trash in dumpsters near the exit and the Large Red Bath House.

· Do not leave trash out overnight—wildlife will find it.

· Fire pits are not for trash. A $25 fee applies for excessive trash left behind.

· Keep your site clean and leave no trace.

· We do not currently recycle. Please do not leave recyclables outside dumpsters.

· No large household items may be disposed of in dumpsters.

Pets

· Pets must be leashed at all times.

· Pets may not be left unattended in RVs, cabins, or at campsites.

· Aggressive dogs are not allowed.

· Clean up after your pets. A $25 fee applies for waste left on site.

· Maximum of 2 dogs per site.

· Excessive barking is not permitted.

Check-In & Check-Out

· Check-in: 2:00 p.m. Please check in at the office/store before proceeding to your site. Ensure your Terms & Conditions form is signed.

· Late arrivals after 9:30 p.m. are strongly discouraged due to limited lighting and navigation difficulty.

· For arrivals after office hours (typically 5–6 p.m.), your site map and check-in info will be posted on the Check-In Board to the left of the office door.

· Check-out: 12:00 p.m. Late check-outs will incur a $25 fee charged to the card on file if still onsite after check out without approval from the office.

Laundry

· Open 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please do not leave clothing unattended.

· Quarters available in the office/store during business hours.

Pool

· Open 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

· No alcohol, glass, food, pets, or music in the pool area.

· Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

Electric Vehicles

· EV charging is not permitted on site.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

· All reservations require prepayment.

· Non-holiday stays: 7-day notice for full refund minus $9. Less notice: 50% charge. No refund within 24 hours.

· Holiday stays: 14-day notice required (Friday before to Sunday after the holiday).

· $9 cancellation fee applies to all refunds.

· No-shows will be charged in full.

· Discounts and offers cannot be combined.

· No refunds for weather, insects, or other natural discomforts.

· No refunds for unused days.

· If your site is not occupied by 2:00 p.m. on the second day of your reservation, it will be released and considered a no-show.

· Reservations within the cancellation window are non-transferable.

· Guests who violate rules and are asked to leave will not receive a refund and will not be welcomed back.
